The Bay Colony Property Owners Association’s mission is to safeguard the quality of life in our waterfront community, promote and advance causes that concern our property, and sponsor social and educational activities to encourage a cohesive and friendly neighborhood.
You can now use Zelle to pay your membership (or other) fees:
From your bank App, making a payment to Baycolony using the email ajdevill123@gmail.com, will deposit your fee directly into the BCPOA bank account. The 2023 membership fee is $70.
